Approached from an A-road then approximately 1 mile of country lane. The Cottage is accessed by two sets of 5-bar double gates leading to an in and out drive with ample parking area (up to five cars). Gentle slope to porch entrance door with small step over threshold and brick porch leading to main entrance door. Hallway narrows to 67cm next to radiator. Path to side of property leading to rear door accessed via two steps, one 5cm and the other one is 15cm. Staircase width is 76cm. Ground floor facilities include, one bedroom with small en-suite shower room, wc and small whb, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen is small with low-level oven and high-level coffee machine. Well-lit sitting room with several windows and feature fireplace with electric wood burner effect fire. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/shower cubicle/whb/wc on the first floor. TV with remote control. External lighting system to the front, sensor activated. Reasonably large garden with slight incline, including gravel paths and lawned area. Level access to lower patio and three steps to higher level patio. Three steps up to roundavel. Narrow pavement to the front of property becoming wider further down the road, which is an incline down to the village centre. There is a bus stop and taxi rank in the village.
